Today Tuesday 30th November, GUD Holdings Ltd have announced they have entered into an agreement for the acquisition of AutoPacific Group (APG). The transfer of ownership from Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) is expected to become effective on or around 1st January 2022.
GUD already own a portfolio of companies in the automotive aftermarket and water products sectors. The acquisition of APG is an important pillar in GUD’s portfolio strategy to build an integrated leader in 4WD accessories and trailering in Australia and New Zealand.
GUD will create a 4WD Accessories and Trailering Division. The Division will be led by Jason Kieseker, current CEO of Auto Pacific Group. The GUD businesses of Fully Equipped, ECB, CSM Service Bodies, and Barden Fabrications/Uneek4x4 will report to Jason, in addition to the existing APG businesses.
The GUD stable of automative aftermarket brands is unrivalled and our own APG/Cequent brands and products will complement the GUD company portfolio including, Narva, Ryco, East Coast Bull Bars, Disc Brakes Australia and CSM Service Bodies.
Day to day operations will remain unchanged and we will continue trade and operate as AutoPacific Group and our entities.
